We’re looking for a Legal Executive to join our in-house legal team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, supporting the day-to-day legal, corporate governance and compliance needs of the business.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes end-to-end, from managing legal and corporate documentation, to drafting, implementing and maintaining policies, and who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes.
You’ll bring experience in corporate legal or company secretarial work, ideally gained in-house or within a professional services environment, and be comfortable working closely with stakeholders across the business.
As part of a collaborative legal team, you’ll also support other areas of the business as required, flexing with workload and business priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate & Company Secretarial
Support the maintenance and administration of the Group’s corporate structure across multiple jurisdictions
Prepare, file and manage statutory filings, resolutions and corporate records
Maintain entity registers, minute books and organisational charts
Assist with the incorporation, restructuring and wind-down of entities as required
Coordinate with external corporate service providers, registrars and local advisors
Compliance & Governance
Support ongoing compliance requirements, including local filings, annual returns and director/officer changes
Assist with the maintenance of internal policies and compliance documentation
Support audit, due diligence and internal reporting requests
Track legal and regulatory deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Stakeholder & Team Support
Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Product and Operations teams on day-to-day matters
Act as a point of contact for routine corporate and legal queries
Escalate issues to senior members of the legal team when appropriate
About You
2–5 years’ experience in a corporate legal, company secretarial, or governance-focused role
Able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates sound commercial judgement and an understanding of business priorities
Highly organised with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
An excellent communicator, able to explain legal and corporate matters clearly and pragmatically without unnecessary jargon
Comfortable drafting clear, concise written communications, correspondence and guidance
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and confident adopting new systems and tools
Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a growing, evolving business environment
A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive approach to work, committed to sharing knowledge and keeping stakeholders informed
