Producer (Product Demos)

We’re looking for a Producer to oversee the planning, organizing and production of high quality personalized demos of the Nomia platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather briefings and requirements from the Business Development team
- Program manage multiple concurrent demo projects
- Project manage everything to do with organizing the production of a high quality demo
- Collaborate with the Director of Product to ensure bespoke features align with the product roadmap
- Work with the UX/UI Designer to leverage the Design System where appropriate and create a personalized UI for the demo as required (actual platform or even Figma prototypes)
- Collaborate with Engineering team to create the demos and to ensure the host environment is assured in terms of availability, performance and security
- Ensure appropriate test accounts
- Ensure appropriate sample content
- Support the Business Development team who actually present the demos
- Learn from each demo presentation – what worked well and what needs improvement
- When demos lead to client wins, ensure any UX/UI is leveraged in actual deployments
- Ensure bespoke features mocked up in the demos are briefed in to the Product Managers if they are to become part of the product roadmap
Champion better planning and execution of demos as a means to achieve optimum quality
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Product, HCI or related field
- 2+ years of experience in web UX/UI design and/or project management
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
- Excellent teamworking, collaboration, and organisational skills with fanatical attention to detail
- Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencer with stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Figma, Confluence, Jira
- Bonus: Experience working on enterprise or procurement-related B2B products
